Govind Mahadev Khanolkar, great grandfather of the CEO of Glamsfyt, Ganesh Liladhar Khanolkar, founded the company, originally in the garments manufacturing industry.

Glamsfyt entered into Photo Studio industry when the era was not even digitalised. Having worked with notable personalities, this business of Glamsfyt reached new heights and achieved significant recognition.

Glamsfyt entered into Color Chemicals and Pigments Manufacturing. This was launched under AGMALS as a brand under Glamsfyt.

This was the period when Glamsfyt shifted into technology solutions. With this, ATEÏS was launched in India for life safety and systematic evacuation.

Following this, the CEO launched another life safety brand in India (Teknoware) followed by Centralized management and IoT solutions for buildings. (Netix.Ai)

Following this, in 2018, Exenture Life Safety India was launched, specializing in engineering solutions and becoming the exclusive distribution arm for NETIX.AI & TEKNOWARE, alongside other product offerings.

This was then followed by the successful launch of ODS Building Solutions India in 2020, an Engineering solutions company focused as an execution arm, managed services provider.
